Since 1998, Contact Mission has been blessed to share in some form of Christmas giving with our neighbors. Over time and through seeking out best practices, we settled on a model that invites our neighbors to shop for items provided by our partners at 75% or more off retail. Families want to provide Christmas gifts for their children, but making ends meet brings challenges. The Contact Mission Christmas Store serves to create a space where families have the opportunity to shop, choose, and buy presents for their children in love and with dignity.
To make this possible, we are needing donations of brand new toys for kids ages 0-11 years old. Parents are allowed to buy 3 toys per child. Last year over 1700 toys were purchased at the Christmas store. All proceeds from the store allow families to send their children to Contact' Summer Camp for FREE.
We will be accepting toy or monetary donations from December 7-10th. Email Cherith to schedule a drop off time or for a list of recommended toys.
Christmas Store volunteers will be needed December 13th from 8am-4pm
We also need volunteers the week leading up to help prep the store
